"Catholics believe that the Eucharist is the real presence of Jesus Christ. Eucharistic Adoration is the worship, praise, and adoration of Jesus Christ present in the Holy Eucharist. The Eucharist is displayed in a special holder called a monstrance, and people come to pray and worship Jesus continually throughout the day and often the night. Christ loves us without limit, and offers Himself to us in the Holy sacrament of the Eucharist. Eucharistic adoration is a way for us to give Jesus love and worship in return."
Since 2001, Holy Ghost Parish has been blessed to have Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
Come visit Our Lord in the lower chapel.

Perpetual Adoration is the constant adoration of Our Lord exposed in the monstrance on the Altar. Because of the commitment to one hour each week by many individuals, an ongoing, unceasing adoration takes place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a powerful lifeline between heaven and earth, God and humankind! Won't you please consider signing up for a holy hour each week, so that we can keep Perpetual Adoration going?
By committing to be present for that one hour every week, you help us to keep Perpetual Adoration possible 24/7.

We are in need of many adorers, will you consider taking an hour? If you are interested in signing up for an hour a week please contact the Parish Office at 781-878-0900.
